• Mood Uplift/Elevation - Put few drop (about 4-5 drops) of Lemon Essential Oil on a tissue and breathe in/inhale
  • Anti-fungal and Anti-viral – Use about 20-22 drops of Lemon Essential Oil in diffuser
  • Insects/Mosquito Repellent - Use about 20-22 drops of Lemon Essential Oil in diffuser
  • Tummy ache /Heartburn and Reflux – Mix 1-2 drops of Lemon Essential Oil with your favorite oil of 1 tablespoon and massage.

• Include about 5-6 drops to a diffuser with filled water/liquid.
• Use few drops with your favourite carrier oil like, For body massage use fifteen drops (15 Drops) Diluted in 50 ml of your favorite carrier oil e.g. Olive Oil, Argan Oil, Almond Oil and Coconut Oil for body and face massage.
